Our entire team is committed to meeting those needs; thus, the mission of Urban Sphere is simple...to provide our customer's with the best service available in the housing, community and economic development, strategic planning, land sale and development negotiation and customer service programs and initial website development.
Filling the Gap
Urban Sphere was created to fill a real gap in the ability of small and medium sized cities to compete with large cities in the economic development, housing and community development areas. Urban Sphere recognizes the fact that most of these cities do not have the immediate capcity to react to current opportunities for specialized funding made available through state and federal funding programs. Many communites simply do not have adequate, stable revenue resources to keep highly qualified economic and community development staff on hand. In other cases, economic and community development staff in these smaller communities are overwhelmed by the amount of opportunity and the short period of time allowed to apply for and/or complete projects for which funding was obtained.

Urban Sphere brings a group of seasoned professionals to the table that have worked with and in small and medium sized communites and understand the challenges to ecourage and foster development.
